You may return your equipment within 30 days of the ship date if it has not been used. If the item(s) sold are not damaged, the buyer would be responsible for a 25% restocking, shipping and credit card charges. Special order items are not returnable. Refunds will be paid to the customer in the form of a check. MUST call in advance for return authorization. Orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped same day, if the item is in stock. Shipping may take 1-5 business days depending on the location of the ship to address.

Shipping differs for each item. Most popular items are free shipping. Hawaii and Alaska does not receive free shipping.

If your product was damaged during shipping, please note the damage on the bill of lading and call our customer service department immediately. It is very important you make note of any damage on the freight company's bill of lading or they may not take responsibility for it. If possible remove packaging while driver is there. When you open the package, if you find damage, call our Customer Service Department immediately so we may assist you.

Liftgate is optional. We recommend liftgate for customers who do not have a loading dock. Liftgate enables the trucker to bring your equipment off the freight truck to the ground.

Warning! Some products can weigh several hundred pounds, which could cause serious injuries if not brought to the ground by the liftgate. We recommend liftgate for orders over 100lbs.
