My Two Traditional Easter Dinner Dishes That I Would Suggest You Try!

Ham and Lamb are one of the top two dishes that are served for Easter dinner. My two recipe suggestions for Easter Dinner would be; Delectable Honey Glazed Ham & Delightful Roasted Rack of Lamb.

Recipe for Delectable Honey Glazed Ham Recipe

  • 6-7 pound Ham of choice (pre-cooked)
  • 2 1/2 cups of preferred Honey
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Oven directions/Recipe Directions:

  1. Oven needs to be preheated to 325 degrees
  2. Base pan that Ham will sit in with butter or place tin foil in pan
  3. Put basting ingredients in microwave for approximately 30 seconds -1 minute
  4. Brush ingredients over ham (to taste)
  5. Put in oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes
  6. Baste Ham every 30 minutes (to taste)
  7. Once removed let it sit for about 15 minutes

Delightful Roasted Rack of Lamb Recipe

  • 1 Rack of Lamb
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon of Thyme
  • 2 Teaspoons of Rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 Clove of Garlic

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together ingredients
  2. Using a brush bast your Lamb
  3. Coat the entire lamb
  4. Pre-heat oven to 450 Degrees
  5. Place rack of lamb in tin foil covered pan & place into oven
  6. Cook for about 20-25 depending on rareness preferred
  7. let sit for 2-3 minutes and serve
